Owner and Baker, William Tyler AKA Willie T. 2000 Graduate of Paul Smith's College Culinary program. Willie spent three years as a chef at a popular Vermont fitness spa located in Killington, Vermont. A lifelong rider at Killington, it was this experience that inspired the Double Diamond and Trail Mix cookies, and the Vermont experience that inspired him to create his famous Cookies!
